Rosemary Melonade

It is important to stay hydrated in the summer sun. The current water restrictions may lead to hydration guilt so we suggest swapping the H20 for a delicious Rosemary Melonade. This summery smoothie contains watermelon which offers hydration and is rich in vitamin C and anti-inflammatory lycopene, to keep you feeling great! Throw in some rosemary which has several impressive health benefits that include the ability to improve mood, relieve pain, stimulate circulation and detoxify the body, plus, it adds an abundance of flavour. If you’re feeling brave, add a jalapeño for an extra kick.

Ingredients:

3 cups of chopped seedless watermelon

1 tsp finely grated lemon zest

1 lemon, peeled and seedless

1 ½ tsp finely chopped rosemary

½ cup mango

¼ frozen strawberries
