Using Announce

As a Direct Health subscriber, you have access to the Announce feature. With Announce, you can send a mass message to all your patients. By using Announce, you can let patients know about plans to be out of the office, new hours or locations, other offerings, and more.

Dermatology

“Looking for a medication refill or to discuss a current prescription? We are available via telemedicine! Use the Direct Health App to begin a virtual visit.”

“Have you scheduled your annual exam yet? Remember that early detection of skin cancer is the key to the most minimal and cost-effective treatment with the highest chance of a cure. Make your appointment soon!”

“Our September specials are calling your name! Take a look at our cosmetic specials and text or call to make your appointment.”

“Thanks for coming in for your annual exam! If you have any questions and would like to discuss any biopsy results, we are available for consults through the Direct Health App!”

 

Veterinary

Ideas for veterinarians to use announce:

“We have recently seen an uptick of puppies with Parvo in the area.  It is important to have your puppies vaccinated for this highly contagious virus. Text or call to schedule your vaccination today”

“Exciting news! We’d like to welcome Dr. Aaron Smiley to Devonshire Animal Clinic. In addition to adding more daily appointment times, Dr. Smiley specializes in arthritis patients. Beginning next week, he’ll be available to evaluate any concerns with arthritis virtually or in the clinic.”
