For US Providers:

As of now we are a cash pay and HSA app. We’ve found people are willing to pay out of pocket in order to speak with their doctor within minutes to an hour compared to calling the office or going through a portal. Most people have high deductible plans anyways, so $30-$60 is completely worth the ease and simplicity.

For South Africa Providers:

After a consult, your patient will receive a receipt that shows: consult payment amount, medical aid number, provider’s practice number, ICD-10, and the CPT code that you select. Your patient can then submit this receipt for medical aid reimbursement.
